Tuesday’s solar eclipse will bring an intense phase to completion, thankfully defusing some of the intensity of recent weeks. For matters to reach a conclusion - and to begin an exciting new phase - you may need to make a tough call, so the better informed you are, the better your decisions will be.
If you have experienced life-changing events in the past few weeks, you’ll be ready to move forwards with full wind in our sails, and to enjoy the many wonders of life.
Tuesday’s eclipse is in the sign of Taurus, adding weight to your more material concerns: issues to do with finances, belongings, morals and principles. You’re likely to gain perspective in one or all of these areas so that you may progress into the future with more certainty and security. This eclipse may bring particularly powerful changes to Earth signs Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn throughout the rest of 2014.
Tuesday's annular solar eclipse will produce a spectacular ‘ring of fire’ as the Moon moves exactly between the Earth and the Sun (from our point of view). However, a partial eclipse will be visible across an expanse of Australia from Perth, through Alice Springs and Melbourne, beginning in the afternoon of April 29, and lasting until about 6pm local time. The total solar eclipse will only appear as a partial eclipse in these areas, as the entirety of the eclipse will be visible in Antarctica, according to NASA.
The solar eclipse, at 8°52' Taurus, will be on Tuesday, April 29 (total), at 06h14m GMT; and at 16h14m AEST.
